I built my career from the ground up—starting on the factory floor, mastering the trade, and learning the value of hard work, precision, and persistence.

After two decades in the industry, I took a leap and purchased a small business of my own. Today, I bring the same work ethic and problem-solving mindset to running a company as I did to every project on the shop floor.
